History
Our law firm has had the name FRITZ since 1959, the year in which the patent attorney Herbert Fritz took over a law office seated in Neheim-Hüsten (now Arnsberg) from a colleague called Gockel. Several medium-sized companies from the region already entrusted our law firm soon and have remained loyal customers up to the present.
The IP law firm FRITZ constantly increased its range of services. Since 1994, patent attorneys cooperate with attorneys at law within our law firm. The increasing number of lawyers and employees necessitated the move to a larger office complex in 2000. More or less simultaneously, we introduced modern patent attorney software. In 2009, the law office moved into the building created to match its needs at Apothekerstrasse 55 in Arnsberg-Neheim.
Im Dezember 2014 änderte die Kanzlei FRITZ Patent- und Rechtsanwälte ihre Rechtsform von einer Gesellschaft bürgerlichen Rechts in eine Partnerschaftsgesellschaft mit beschränkter Berufshaftung. Derzeit sind fünf Patentanwälte und zwei Rechtsanwälte bei FRiTZ tätig.
