die Verkehrskreise die Nachahmung dem Originalhersteller zuordnen, t\u00e4uscht \u00fcber die Herkunft und handelt unlauter, wenn er zumutbare Ma\u00dfnahmen zur Vermeidung der T\u00e4uschung unterl\u00e4sst.<\/p><p>Wer anvertraute Informationen und Unterlagen missbraucht und f\u00fcr eigene Zwecke verwendet, handelt ebenfalls unlauter. Wer mit dem Hinweis \u201epatentiert\u201c wirbt, ohne Inhaber eines eingetragenen Patentes zu sein, f\u00fchrt die Verkehrskreise in die Irre und handelt ebenfalls unlauter.<\/p><div><p>Zahlreiche weitere Verhaltensweisen k\u00f6nnen ebenfalls als unlauter zu qualifizieren sein.
