Jochen Sch\u00e4perklaus studierte Physik an der Universit\u00e4t Karlsruhe (TH) und der Universit\u00e9 Joseph Fourier in Grenoble als Stipendiat der Deutsch-Franz\u00f6sischen-Hochschule. Im Jahr 2006 schloss er sein Studium in Grenoble mit der \u201eMa\u00eetrise\u201c ab und war ebenfalls in Grenoble in einem Forschungslabor t\u00e4tig. Das Studium in Karlsruhe schloss er 2008 mit dem Diplom ab.<\/p>

Danach begann Jochen Sch\u00e4perklaus die Ausbildung zum Patentanwalt, die er im Jahr 2012 erfolgreich abgeschlossen hat. Seitdem ist er in der Kanzlei FRITZ t\u00e4tig. Seine rechtlichen Schwerpunkte sind das deutsche und internationale Patent- und Gebrauchsmusterrecht. Er lehrt als Dozent f\u00fcr Patent- und Gebrauchsmusterrecht an der FH S\u00fcdwestfalen.<\/p>

Technisch besch\u00e4ftigt sich Herr Sch\u00e4perklaus vor allem mit mechanischen, elektronischen und Software-Erfindungen. Zu den Hobbys des Familienvaters geh\u00f6ren Reisen, Musik und Skifahren.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
