Marco Hoffmann has occupied himself with industrial property rights and competition law for over 25 years. He executes patent violation lawsuits which are often accompanied by patent nullity proceedings in close collaboration with his patent attorney colleagues at FRITZ. Marco Hoffmann can boast particularly wide-ranging experience in design law from violation lawsuits, nullity and cancellation procedures as well as registration consultancy. He has also counted business secrets law to his specialist areas for several years.<\/p>

He makes use of his wide-ranging experience from procedures before German and also international courts and patent authorities in his counselling interviews, mostly for medium-sized clients.<\/p>

Marco Hoffmann is a member of the Law Commission of the BVMW organisation for the area of patent law and a certified BVMW consultant. Moreover, he is a member of the professional association GRUR [German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property] and of the Deutscher Anwaltverein DAV [German Lawyers\u2019 Society]. Furthermore, he is a board member of the conciliation committee at the IHK [German Chamber of Commerce and Trade] in Arnsberg.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
