Competition Law

Misleading, deception and abuse are to be classified as unfair competition. Competitors may take legal action against it.

Any person who copies a product or trademark in such a way that the relevant public allocates the imitation to the original manufacturer, misleads about the origin and acts unfairly in the case he omits reasonable measures to avoid any deception.

Any person who abuses entrusted information and documents and uses them for his own purposes also acts unfairly.

Any person who advertises with the indication “patented“ without being an owner of a registered patent misleads the relevant public and also acts unfairly.

Numerous further behaviours may also be classified as unfair. We are familiar with the jurisdiction. Please feel free to contact us.
