Jochen Schäperklaus

Jochen Schäperklaus studied physics at the University of Karlsruhe and, as scholar, at the University Joseph Fourier at Grenoble. In 2006 he finished his studies in Grenoble with the “Maîtrise” and worked, also at Grenoble, in a research laboratory. He finished his studies in Karlsruhe with the diploma in 2008. Then Jochen Schäperklaus started his training as patent attorney which he finished successfully in 2012. Since then, he works at FRITZ.

His legal emphasis is put on the German and International patent and utility model law. Technically, Jochen Schäperklaus especially deals with mechanical and electronical inventions.

Mr. Schäperklaus is a lecturer for patent law and utility model law at the University of Applied Sciences South Westfalia.

The hobbies of the family father are among others travelling, music and skiing.
