We are happy to help you
Modern companies secure their innovations and their good name against illegal exploitation. Technical inventions can be protected with patents and utility models, but confidential information must also be secured. FRITZ Patent- & Rechtsanwälte advise you here. Original trademarks and company names denote significant values for your company. They must neither be diluted nor abused by plagiarisers. We know how to hinder this. Your cooperation partner’s and employees’ intellectual property can be used to generate profits. To achieve this, individually adapted license agreements must be concluded and formalities observed. FRITZ Patent- & Rechtsanwälte know what counts.
A SOLUTION FOR ALL CASES!
Our legal fields
As a IP law firm, we have specialised in specific areas, enabling us to offer our clients comprehensive, qualified advice. It is only possible to maintain a long-term overview of the developments of industrial property rights via such specialisation. In order to know what counts, ongoing preoccupation with the respective “subject matter” is necessary.
That is why you will find proven experts for each of the named legal fields in our law firm.
In order to inform you as to which legal areas belong to industrial property rights, we have compiled brief information for each individual area, which is intended to serve for initial orientation. If you have further-reaching questions, please feel free to contact us directly.
We fight for
A person with a new idea is a crank until the idea succeeds.
Our law firm has had the name FRITZ since 1959, the year in which the patent attorney Herbert Fritz took over a law office seated in Neheim-Hüsten (now Arnsberg) from a colleague called Gockel. Several medium-sized companies from the region already entrusted our law firm soon and have remained loyal customers up to the present.
The IP law firm FRITZ constantly increased its range of services. Since 1994, patent attorneys cooperate with attorneys at law within our law firm. The increasing number of lawyers and employees necessitated the move to a larger office complex in 2000. More or less simultaneously, we introduced modern patent attorney software. In 2009, the law office moved into the building created to match its needs at Apothekerstrasse 55 in Arnsberg-Neheim.
In December 2014, the law office FRITZ Patent- und Rechtsanwälte changed its legal structure from a Gesellschaft Bürgerlichen Rechts [company constituted under civil law] to a Partnerschaftsgesellschaft mit beschränkter Berufshaftung [partnership company with limited professional liability]. Currently, five patent attorneys, one patent assessor and three attorneys at law work at FRITZ.
With its wide-ranging services offer, the law office FRITZ views itself as a modern service law firm.
